The agreement between you and BRAIN TECH SOLUTIONS for the use of AbelEdge. It is written to be read, not skimmed: each section says what it means in the first sentence.
These terms are a contract between the business that opens an AbelEdge account (“you”, “the customer”) and BRAIN TECH SOLUTIONS, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St #56753, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). AbelEdge, Kala, the Intelligence Council, RankForge, AdForge, ConvertForge and PageForge are product names of that company; AbelOps is its trading name.
By opening an account, or by using an account someone in your business opened, you accept these terms on behalf of that business. If you do not have the authority to bind the business, do not open the account.
AbelEdge is a subscription operations platform. It holds a business's clients, sales pipeline, invoices, expenses, people, tasks and delivery in one system, and a layer called Kala reads those records on a schedule and raises findings — things to fix, ordered by what they are worth. Optional suites (RankForge, AdForge, ConvertForge, PageForge) connect to advertising, analytics and website accounts you authorise, and act on them only within the limits you set.
AbelEdge is provided to businesses, for business use. It is not offered to consumers, and it is not offered to anyone under eighteen.
You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by the staff you invite. Keep credentials private, use the two-factor authentication we provide for owner and admin roles, and tell us at once at info@abelops.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
You may give staff members access to some modules and not others. What a staff member can see and do is set by you, inside the platform; we do not change it on request from anyone but an account owner.
AbelEdge is sold on the plans shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe: Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise, plus two suites available on their own. Prices are in US dollars; regional pricing applies automatically in the countries where we offer it.
Payment is taken by our payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number. If a payment fails we retry it, email you, and keep the account open for fourteen days; after that the account is read-only until the balance is settled. Prices may change; a change applies to you only from your next renewal, and we give at least thirty days’ notice by email.
Taxes: prices exclude VAT, GST and sales tax except where the checkout says otherwise. Where we are required to collect tax, it is shown before you pay.
You can cancel from inside your account at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period. The full rules — the 14-day refund on a first payment, the paid pilot month, the 12-month price certainty — are the sentences the billing system serves, quoted in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Kala’s findings, the Intelligence Council’s reports, drafted follow-ups, suggested bids and every other AI-produced output are recommendations. They are generated from your records by automated systems and by third-party AI providers listed on the Subprocessors page. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You remain responsible for every decision you take on them — including financial, legal, employment and advertising decisions — and for checking any figure before you rely on it with a bank, a client or a regulator.
Where a suite can act on a connected account (for example pausing an ad campaign in AdForge), it does so only within the spend ceilings and approvals you have configured. Nothing spends money on its own. You should review those limits when you connect an account and whenever your budget changes.
You may connect third-party accounts — Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta pages and ad accounts, WhatsApp, email providers and others we add over time. By connecting one you confirm that you are entitled to grant us that access, and you accept that our access is governed by that platform’s own terms as well as ours. You can revoke a connection at any time from inside AbelEdge or from the platform itself; when you do, the related features stop working and we delete the stored token.
Everything you put into AbelEdge — your clients, invoices, people, files, records and the content you write — is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us the limited licence we need to store it, process it, back it up, run Kala’s checks across it and show it back to you and the staff you authorise. That licence ends when the data is deleted.
We are the processor of the personal data in your records and you are the controller: you decide what goes in and why. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with it and the Subprocessors page lists every third party that touches it. On request we will sign a data-processing agreement in our standard form.
You can export your data at any time in the formats the platform offers (CSV, PDF and Word, depending on the record). We will not hold your data hostage: export works during the notice period after cancellation as well.
The AbelEdge platform, its software, its design, Kala’s check library, the Intelligence Council’s method, the documentation and the AbelEdge, Kala and AbelOps names and marks are ours or our licensors’. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own business for as long as your subscription lasts. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from them, and you may not remove our notices from exports and reports that carry them.
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. In short: no illegal content, no unsolicited bulk messaging through our email, SMS or WhatsApp channels, no data you are not entitled to hold, no attacks on the service, and no use that would put our shared sending reputation or another customer at risk.
We may suspend an account, or a feature of it, when it is being used in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, when a payment is more than fourteen days overdue, or when we are legally required to. Except where the risk is immediate — phishing, malware, a legal order — we give notice by email and a chance to put it right before we suspend. We may close an account for repeated or serious breach. You may close yours at any time; section 5 and the Refund & Cancellation Policy say what happens next.
If we ever discontinue AbelEdge we will give at least ninety days’ notice and keep export working for the whole of that period.
We aim to keep AbelEdge available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service. We schedule maintenance outside the business hours of most of our customers and announce it in advance where we can. Support is by email at info@abelops.com and by phone at +1 (307) 449-2558. Enterprise customers have the service levels in their order form.
We treat your records as confidential. Our staff see them only when needed to support you, to investigate a fault, or when you ask us to. We do not sell your data, use it to market to your clients, or share it with other customers. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to improve the product.
AbelEdge is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will meet every requirement, that it will be error-free, or that any finding or forecast will prove correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue or data, or for any decision you take on the strength of an AI-generated recommendation. Our total liability to you under this agreement in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If we have a dispute we will each first try to resolve it by discussion; write to info@abelops.com and we will respond within ten working days. If that fails, the courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek an injunction in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
We may update these terms as the product changes. For a material change we give at least thirty days’ notice by email to account owners and show the date at the top of this page; continuing to use AbelEdge after that date is acceptance. If you do not accept a change you may cancel before it takes effect and the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
