What may not be done with an AbelEdge account, how to report something that is, and what we do about it. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
AbelEdge sends email, SMS and WhatsApp messages on behalf of every customer through shared infrastructure. Mail providers and messaging platforms judge that infrastructure as a whole: one customer sending spam can get every customer’s messages filtered. The same is true of the AI providers and advertising platforms we connect to. These rules protect you from the customer next to you, and them from you.
You may message people through AbelEdge only where you have a lawful basis to contact them and they would reasonably expect it: your own clients, leads who gave you their details, people who opted in. You may not:
Our systems watch bounce and complaint rates. A sending channel that crosses a provider’s complaint threshold is paused automatically and the account owner is told why.
You may not store or send through AbelEdge:
When you connect a Google, Meta or other account you must be entitled to do so, and everything AbelEdge does on it remains subject to that platform’s policies. You may not use AdForge, ConvertForge or any suite to run advertising that the platform prohibits, to circumvent its review, or to advertise a product you are not entitled to sell. If a platform suspends a connected account for policy reasons, the related AbelEdge features stop until the platform restores it; we cannot restore it for you.
You may not:
If you find a security fault, tell us at info@abelops.com before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable time to fix it. We will not take action against good-faith research that stays within these rules.
If you believe an AbelEdge customer is breaking this policy — you received spam sent through us, found your content in their account, or saw something illegal — email info@abelops.com with the message or page and the date. We acknowledge every report within two working days and tell you the outcome, as far as confidentiality allows.
Our response is proportionate to the harm:
You can appeal any suspension or closure by replying to the notice. A person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it and answers within five working days.
