Kala’s checks, the Intelligence Council, drafted replies and the writing tools in the suites are produced with these providers. Each request carries only the records that check needs. All are used under business or API terms that do not permit them to train on the data we send.

Which provider handles which task is set by us per feature. All three operate from the United States; ask us if your compliance requirements need a single named provider, which we can arrange on Enterprise plans.
These receive no customer records. They are sent search queries, public web addresses or business addresses so that the suites can look things up.

These are not our subprocessors: they are your own accounts, and their handling of your data is governed by the agreement you already have with them. We access them only with the permission you grant, only for the feature you connected them for, and we stop the moment you disconnect.
We keep this page current. Before we add a provider that will handle customer records we email account owners at least thirty days in advance, naming the provider and what it will do; a customer who objects on reasonable data-protection grounds may cancel before the change takes effect under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Removals and changes to providers that see no customer records are simply reflected here.
